Palazzo Montebello Hotel Florence

We had a marvelous stay at Palazzo Montebello. The room with a balcony was perfect, and the staff, especially Enrico, made our visit exceptional. Enrico's recommendations were spot on, making our trip go smoothly. The hotel is located in a quiet and safe area, within walking distance of everything. The beautiful decor and cleanliness of the rooms were impressive. We fell in love with Florence thanks to this wonderful hotel. I highly recommend Palazzo Montebello for an excellent stay.

the in, room breakfast was a treat, with fresh and tasty options. the Jacuzzi experience was amazing, allowing us to soak in style and comfort. the leisure/ TV room was also a relaxing and enjoyable space. the garden area was a lovely retreat from the bustling city, with peaceful surroundings and seating options.

Bad , Minor Bathroom Issue While we enjoyed our luxurious stay, we noticed a minor issue in the bathroom. the shower was not separated, making it difficult to keep water from getting all over the bathroom floor.

Staff went above and beyond, from bell boy to cleaner. Hotel has modern Italian feel and delicious a la carte breakfast. Friendly and helpful receptionists and waiter.

Additionally, the hotel is situated by the riverside, providing a pleasant atmosphere for a stroll.

The location, which was a bit far from the main attractions. the hotel offered complimentary shuttle service to the popular spots.

The hotel room was very nice and spacious, exceeding our expectations for a European hotel room. the bathroom was modern and well-equipped. the location of the hotel was in a nice, quiet area, away from the heavy traffic. It made for a pleasant walk along the river after dinner.

The breakfast buffet did not meet our expectations for a 5-star hotel. It was not staffed adequately and the food buffet was often left unreplenished.
